Messi denies agreeing to exclude the death Court

The Prosecution has denied Thursday Barcelona have reached an agreement with Barcelona forward Lionel Messi and his father to both charged with tax evasion, avoid going to trial in exchange for paying 15 million euros to the Treasury.
Prosecution sources have assured EFE unaware if the player has paid the tax the said amount as previous step to find a deal to end the proceedings. What I have made clear to these same sources is that the prosecution and Messi have not reached any agreement for the Argentine international finance pay the more than 4 million alleged to have defrauded more fine, which under the Code Criminal can be two to six times the amount defrauded.
The Economic Crimes Prosecution quarreled Barcelona last June 12 against Leo Messi and his father, Jorge Messi, for three alleged offenses against the Treasury Pública.Concretamente accuse them of not declaring 4,164,674.96 euros, in 2007 , 2008 and 2009, corresponding to the player's rights and would have gone to tax havens.
Last week, the player Barca already paid to the Treasury another 10 million in additional personal income tax statements for the years 2010 and 2011 were also being investigated. You now have until next June 30 to settle the same tax, 2012.
